A parallel version of the ATHENA code has been implemented. ATHENA is a sequential Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code which can be used to simulate the air flow in turbines. A parallel algorithm using MPI has been developed to reduce the time required in ATHENA simulations and to enable the analysis of larger cases from real applications. Experimental results in a cluster of PC's are shown.
