Abstract:
Linux clusters are fast becoming a dominant architecture for high-performance computing. However, the management and efficient exploitation of these clusters across users, applications and data continues to be a time-consuming and challenging task. The main goal of the article is the introduction of a Web-based environment for efficient exploitation of Linux clusters, which includes a MPI debugger library and resource reservation systems. The environment allows the simplicity and efficient use of the available computing resources.
