Best Student Paper

An award will be presented to the best student paper.

All papers of the conference are eligible, provided the presenting author is currently a graduate, master or doctoral student (or had the final examination after January 2005). In the selection of the best student paper the quality of the presentation will be weighted together with the review of the final version of the manuscript.

How to Participate?

Authors wishing to participate in this competition must include the following footnote text in their papers "Candidate to the best student paper award". and notify the organization by e-email (vecpar2006@fe.up.pt) containing the following information:

Subject: VECPAR2006_Best Student Paper Award

Body: full name of the student, affiliation (with complete address, e-mail, telephone and fax numbers), paper title, dates when you initiated and concluded (if applicable) your studies.
