Paper submission
Printed versions of the invited talks and a set of selected papers will be published by Springer in the series entitled Lecture Notes in Computer Science, according with which all manuscripts submitted for presentation at the conference must be formatted.
Please take a look at the following instructions for paper preparation and electronic submission.
Paper Preparation
The paper selection for the meeting will be made on the basis of a full paper (maximum 14 pages). An extended abstract (between 1000 and 2000 words) may also be accepted.
The manuscripts must be formatted according to the Rules of the Springer Series Lecture Notes in Computer Science, Information for LNCS Authors: lncs-article-latex2e.zip, lncs-article-word.zip. Please do not use any header or footer, running title or author, or the A4paper option.
Papers or extended abstracts must include the title of the paper, name, address, complete affiliation, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail address of all authors, short abstract (100 words) and a maximum of three topics from the topics list of the conference that you believe best fits your paper.
Manuscripts submitted for possible presentation should describe the purpose and scope of the work, contribution to the state-of-the-art, methods used, essential results already obtained, results to be included in the final version of the paper, conclusions and supporting figures and references where appropriate. Submissions failing to meet these requirements may be rejected without technical review.
Any paper that has been or will be presented or published elsewhere will not be considered. Authors should state clearly the differences between the work being submitted and previous work, to avoid any misjudgement from the reviewers concerning originality.
Reviewing will be made on the basis of originality, technical quality, style and clarity of presentation and importance to the field. Authors will have access to the referees evaluation form, which may include comments and instructions to follow when preparing the final version of their papers.
